Refund or exchange of goods
We do not accept requests for refunds or exchanges, except when they meet one of the following requirements:
- Goods broken on receipt
- Defective goods
Requests for exchange can be made within 30 days of receipt of your goods. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund in certain cases. Please note that returned products will not be resold for hygiene reasons; we only wish to see the product again to understand what might have caused a problem and thus prevent it from happening again.
To request an exchange or refund (if your request meets the above requirements and for exchanges, if the product is still available), please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the situation and the reasons for your request. If your request is accepted and the product in question is no longer available, we will be happy to offer you an alternative or a refund.
If your exchange request is accepted, you will need to pack and label your goods and then go to the nearest postal service. You will also be required to pay any postage costs. Make sure you have the correct shipping address and include a return address in case the post office loses your package.
