How can I use your products safely?
Although we use quality raw materials for our products, a potential allergic reaction to one of the ingredients is not impossible. That's why it's important to be vigilant at all times when using bath, face and/or body products.
It's VERY IMPORTANT to always test a new cosmetic product before using it for the first time.
Here's how to test a cosmetic product:
1. Clean a small area on the inside of your arm, preferably near the elbow. Rinse and dry well, but gently.
2. Apply a small amount of the product to the crease of the elbow (if this area is not affected byeczema).
3. Bend the elbow loosely, and keep it bent for 15 minutes.
4. If redness, pimples, tingling or itching appear itching this means you can't tolerate the product. We strongly advise you not to use it. Otherwise, continue applying it to the elbow once a day for 5 consecutive days. If there are no signs of discomfort, your skin is tolerating the product.
However, you should remain on your guard for the long term. This test enables us to determine whether the product causes allergies or irritations during initial use. This does not preclude the possibility that prolonged use of the product may sensitize you. In this case, you could develop an allergy much later. So it's essential to remain vigilant. It's vital to be reactive and to stop using a product immediately, at the slightest sign of intolerance.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, all our products are vegan and not tested on animals!
Why do some of your products have a shorter shelf life than those I buy in stores?
Since some of our cosmetics are made with fresh ingredients, some of them have a shorter shelf life than cosmetics you can find in stores. However, many of them have an average shelf-life of between 6 and 12 months. Please note that the shelf life after opening is an estimate only valid if the products have been stored and used in optimal conditions (avoid contact with water, use a cosmetic spatula, store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and humidity).
Are your products organic?
Most of our products contain organic ingredients! On the label, you can find the list of ingredients, so you know which ones are organic.
Are your products biodegradable?
We mainly use raw materials that are fair trade and environmentally friendly.
Can I get my money back if I don't like the smell?
Unfortunately, when you buy online, it's always a gamble whether or not you'll like the way a product smells. So we won't refund a product if you don't like the smell. However, if the product has a smell that seems abnormal to you and the product has not expired, please contact us at email@example.com.
How can I cancel my order?
You can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see what we can do to help you. If your order has already been shipped, it may not be possible to cancel it. If the shipping record for your purchase has already been created, a fee of 10$ will apply to cancel the order (since this is an amount we will have already paid to create your shipping record).
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, you can, but only if the package has not yet been shipped. You can email us at email@example.com with the details of the delivery address change. You can also write to us via our Instagram and Facebook pages.
I have very sensitive skin. Can I use your products?
Although our products are natural and made with quality ingredients, all skin types are different. Our products may not be suitable for your skin type. Are the micas used in your products ethical?
Yes, the micas we use are ethically produced by chemists in our laboratories.
Why are some of your products made with natural fragrances and flavors but smell like candy?
The natural fragrance and flavor are blends of aromatic extracts in oil. Because they are blends of extracts, they are highly concentrated and capture only certain molecules of the fruit, plant or typical aroma required to create the fragrance. For this reason, the smell of some natural fragrances and flavors can sometimes be candy-like!
How long does it take to receive my order?
We deal with Purolator for shipments within Quebec and Ontario. For shipments to the rest of Canada, we deal with Canada Post. The average normal delivery time is 7 days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the time of year. We have a small team and we do our best to adapt to the volume of parcels we have to send.
What is the Sezzle payment method?
Sezzle is a payment solution that allows you to buy now and pay later through a simple, interest-free interest-free installments.
We divide the amount of your purchase into 4equal payments on your credit card, spaced every two weeks (see image below).
We treat your Sezzle-paid order like any other payment method, which means we'll ship your order just as quickly even if you've only paid part of the total.
